Perfect! I use these to make polish porgies. If you have trouble with your dough (for any recipe) sticking, put a little flour on the edges and it will work perfectly. These cut my prep time in half.

This set of 4 (different sizes) dumpling presses are fun to use, and works great. I have so many things I'm looking forward to using them for, from main courses to desserts. Today I stuffed bits of chicken in a small tortilla circle, making chicken and dumplings. The only negative was waiting over a month for them to be delivered. I'm glad I did.
